EPA's Web team is creating a series of introductory webinars about social media tools.  Each webinar will be 30-60 minutes long, depending on the tool and the amount of material available.

The primary audience is government staff who might have heard of social media, but aren't familiar with specific details.  The webinars won't cover advanced material or detailed strategy.

The first step for each is developing an outline and that's where you come in.  Please edit or add to each outline, keeping the target audience in mind.
