Greg, thanks for posting Fairfax County's policy - where on the site are users advised on what the facebook policy is? I can't seem to find a way to get to the link you posted from either the "Get Fairfax" page or the policy link in your footer.

This is great and all but have any of y'all seen DHS's https://communities.firstresponder.gov/group/guest. It is still in Alpha testing, but looks to be a good for government, by government Facebook of sorts?
